Background
Problem
To support an ambitious roadmap and position the product as a UX differentiator, we needed to quickly and thoughtfully scale our under-resourced design team.
Solution
I scaled the team by 80%, from 10 to 18 designers, while raising the craft and hiring bar, and worked closely with the recruiting team globally.
Role
I was the hiring manager for all SF design roles and supported hiring efforts across Paris and Latam. I also guided the growth of SF designers and improved design operations.
