Developer Settings

Created Front’s first developer settings experience and introduced a self-serve path for customers to build integrations inside the product. This supported lower churn, as enterprise accounts with one or more integrations were four times less likely to leave. Led design and strategy from start to finish.

Background
Problem

Customers needed a way to build and manage integrations in Front, but the product had no dedicated developer environment. This created friction for technical teams, slowed onboarding, and limited integration adoption. Accounts with no integrations were also more likely to churn.

Solution

Introduced Front’s first developer settings experience. Created a self-serve workflow for building and managing integrations directly in product. This supported adoption across enterprise accounts, which were four times less likely to churn when they had at least one integration in place.

Role

Led design and strategy end to end. Defined the vision, collaborated with engineering and product, shaped the user experience, and supported implementation across multiple release phases.

Designing for complexity

Handled complexity by zooming out early, mapping system flows and edge cases, then using those diagrams to align with engineering before moving into screens. Collaboration shaped the structure so the final experience stayed clear and predictable.
