MVP to enterprise

Alpharun’s engineers had built a capable MVP. As Head of Design, I led a two-month effort to bring the experience up to the expectations of enterprise teams: clear navigation, consistent interactions, and workflows that feel trustworthy and fluid.

Background

Problem

Alpharun’s engineer-built MVP had powerful capabilities, but inconsistent patterns and fragmented workflows fell short of the clarity and confidence enterprise teams needed.

Solution

I unified navigation, information hierarchy, and interaction patterns to create a cohesive, predictable experience that helps users move fluidly from insights to action.

Role

As Head of Design, I led the two-month redesign, partnered with engineering, and refined workflows and reusable components directly in the codebase.

Design intent

Trust comes from the whole experience: clear information, predictable behavior, and details that hold together.
